STAFF CHALLENGE

The staff challenge for all who have the opportunity to join Charis Youth Center is to gain a greater sense of self as experienced through the lives of others. With a greater awareness and understanding of oneself and the willingness to share that evolving life – supported with a sense of dignity and integrity for excellence – life itself becomes the motivator and source for positive change.
