Interested in a career that involves giving guidance, mentoring youth, supporting at-risk youth meet educational goals and completion of their school work, recreational activities, teaching and participating in daily living skills, arts, crafts, music, sports, animal assisted therapy, outdoor activities and more?  Positions are currently available for compassionate and caring individuals looking to give back to their community.

Applicants must meet one of the following:

BA or BS Degree
Valid Child Development Teaching Permit
Completed 12 semester units of Early Childhood Education, Adolescent Development or Foster Kinship Care Education and have a minimum of 100 hours experience working with youth
Valid certificate as an Alcohol or Drug Counselor with a minimum of 100 hours experience working with youth
Valid vocational training certificate and have a minimum of 100 hours experience working with youth as a mentor, athletic coach, teacher, vocational coach, tutor, counselor or other relevant experience
Previously been employed as a full time staff or served as a volunteer at a group home, Short Term Residential Treatment Program, or substance abuse program for at least one year
Previous experience with the foster care system
