The
Executive Director manages the overall day-to-day operations, assuring
compliance with Federal, State, County, and local laws and regulations.
He/She oversees and assures that there is a comprehensive quality treatment
program for all residents and reviews and approves all policies and procedures
of the agency. The Executive Director represents the Agency and its programs
to governmental agencies, the Board of Directors, and the community.

Masters degree in a behavioral science from an accredited college
or university

of 4 years of employment as a social worker in an agency serving children
or in a group residential program for children.

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive
Director and the agency, both independently and under the supervision
of the Executive Director. This person processes the mental health billing,
mental health contracts, education contracts, training records, and assists
in human resources functions.

The
Residential Manager provides direct supervision and evaluation for all
residential supervisors and their staff, oversees the maintenance and
caretaking of the residential sites, coordinates and works with the community
and Police and Sheriff Departments to ensure a good relationship, and
recruits and selects employees.

Mental
Health Specialists
The
mental health specialists, therapists, and Social Workers/Licensed Therapists
provide individual, family, and group therapy in the residential and school

Residential
Facility Managers
Residential Site Managers ensure that group homes operate from a consistent
and accurate daily schedule and current program information and guidelines
are posted, available, explained, and adhered to by staff and residents.
Residential Site Managers develop and oversee implementation of group
and individual activities that build academic, social, and behavioral
competencies of residents. They develop, plan, and implement various projects,
train staff to facilitate activities, attend activities for observation
and training purposes, and coordinate group home and school activities.

minimum of 15 quarter units in Behavioral Science and 4 years direct
child care in an agency

Bachelors degree in Behavioral Science with 2 years supervisory

Care Workers supervise the youth activities when working in the house
